Description

The Role:
Join our high-performing National Sales team and play a key role in supporting our National Key Account Sales function. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working alongside a team of seven, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to keep our sales processes running smoothly.

Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited to – 
Supporting key account tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions 
Onboarding new customer accounts 
Coordinating and preparing business meetings
Running scheduled and ad hoc reports 
Support with planning and executing sales events 
Maintaining accurate data and information in our internal systems 

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our Support office in Penrose. 

About you:  
We’re looking for a proactive administrator who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support. 

Natural ability to problem solves and strong attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft suite and reporting tools 
Comfortable working in an agile environment and able to pivot priorities is essential 
Ideally have a background in distribution/retail or building trade
Solutions focused and who can work to deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter and team player
