More About This Newly Designed Role

As our National Sales & Specification Manager, based in Dandenong South, Melbourne, you will play a pivotal role in building momentum in a market where demand is already emerging. The focus is on unlocking opportunity, identifying quick wins, influencing specifications early, and building sustainable, long-term partnerships across the A&D and construction landscape.

You will work across the full project lifecycle, from early design conversations with architects and consultants through to contractor engagement and project delivery, bringing both technical credibility and commercial insight to every interaction. You will lean on data and market intelligence to identify where the strongest opportunities sit, understanding share of wallet, tracking project pipelines, and proactively targeting specification opportunities that will convert. From analysing trends and shaping your territory approach to building compelling, insight-led presentations, you will use data to make confident, informed decisions that drive meaningful outcomes.

At the same time, your technical capability will set you apart. You will be comfortable navigating complex acoustic solutions and translating them into clear, practical outcomes for clients. Influencing design decisions, supporting specifications, and confidently guiding stakeholders. This is a role for someone who combines expertise with authenticity, building trusted relationships and delivering long-term value rather than short-term wins.

Does This Sound Like You

Proven experience in the A&D space, confidently influencing specifications and building early-stage project credibility
Strong technical or product capability, able to simplify complex solutions into clear, value-driven conversations
Data-led and commercially savvy, using CRM, Excel or Power BI to track performance and identify opportunities
Takes ownership and leads with impact, from presentations and CPDs to mentoring and future team growth
Balances commercial drive with genuine care, building long-term partnerships over transactional wins
You are outgoing, engaged and charismatic, love a challenge and a win!
This role over time will require local and interstate travel.
