Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a new Network Manager for our Hawkes Bay NOC. We are seeking someone who is motivated to provide results for a growing business, who has proven experience in the monitoring of performance on the network, manage the corridor and oversee the delivery of the annual plans and forward works programmes. 

You will have a financial management focus with the ability to manage forecast costs to achieve budget requirements. An understanding of contract documents and NZTA funding rules and deliver Contract Monthly & Quarterly Reports.

Naturally motivated you, will draw on your strong technical knowledge, responsive and practical approach, organisation skills and good decision making.

As a manager, you will need to be able to create successful teams where your people will want to consistently deliver excellent work as well as having a passion for what they do. You will lead with trust and integrity while promoting our values and our people to be a part of our “Green Team”.

Significant industry experience including with a NOC environment
A working knowledge of H&S requirements in the Civil Engineering industry
