  • Partner with vendors, internal stakeholders, and project teams to deliver reliable technology solutions
  • Lead infrastructure transition and migration activities as Fletcher Construction establishes its future operating model within VINCI Construction

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Experience working within structured IT service management environments and operational support functions
  • Proven ability to manage technical vendors, stakeholders, and competing priorities

What's on Offer:

  • Play a key role in building and strengthening our in-house IT capability
  • Get involved in major network, infrastructure, and technology transition programmes
  • Be part of a business backed by VINCI Construction, a global construction leader
  • Based in Penrose with free onsite parking and an onsite café
  • Access technical training, leadership development, and career opportunities across the wider Fletcher Construction group
  • KiwiSaver employer contribution matched up to 4%
  • Enjoy a range of retail discounts, wellbeing benefits, and family-focused perks
