Description

The Green Team at our branch in Palmerston North is looking for an Operator to join the Chipsealing Crew.

This is a full time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week on a Fixed Term Contract till end of April 2025.


What you'll enjoy doing

  • Working on a range of Higgins projects throughout the Manawatu region
  • Ensure all work is carried out to specifications and with a quality focus
  • Operating machinery/plant and ensuring equipment is used safely and effectively
  • Manual labouring tasks as required


What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • Class 2 licence with WTR is essential
  • Previous experience operating heavy machinery including Roller/Tractor Broom is beneficial
  • A safety-first attitude – for yourself and the public
  • Team player who is Flexible, committed and reliable
  • Passion for our industry and the willingness to work hard and continue to develop
