Description

The Green Team at our branch in Palmerston North is looking for an Operator to join the Chipsealing Crew.

This is a full time position working a minimum of 40 hours per week on a Fixed Term Contract till end of April 2025.

What you'll enjoy doing

Working on a range of Higgins project throughout the Manawatu region
Ensure all work is carried out to specifications and with a quality focus
Operating machinery/plant and ensuring equipment is used safely and effectively
Manual labouring tasks as required

What You’ll Bring to the Role

Class 2 licence with WTR is essential
Previous experience operating heavy machinery including Roller/Tractor Broom is beneficial
A safety-first attitude – for yourself and the public
Team player who is Flexible, committed and reliable
Passion for our industry and the willingness to work hard and continue to develop
