Description

Our Higgins Green Team in Mount Maunganui is on the lookout for a multi-skilled Operator to join the Construction Division.

We’re seeking an experienced all-round Operator with the versatility to work across a range of plant and civil construction projects, and the willingness to assist with labouring duties when required.

What you’ll bring to the role: 
  • Full Class 1 + WTR is essential (Class 2-4 would be an advantage)
  • Strong operating experience in a construction or roading environment
  • Previous experience operating the following; excavator, bulldozer, roller, loader, watercart, broom, bobcat
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to support your team with a variety of tasks
  • Strong focus on health and safety not only for yourself, your colleagues but also the public 
  • Basic computer skills
  • Flexible, committed and reliable – will turn up rain or shine
