Description

The Role:
As a P&P Administrator, you will provide comprehensive HR administration and coordination support to the HR Manager and the wider People & Performance team. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, maintaining accurate systems, and delivering top-notch service to our internal and external stakeholders.

Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited to – 

  • HR Administration: Manage the “People” inbox, ensuring timely responses to all queries within 24 hours. Handle end-to-end management of employment agreements and variations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Working on specific HR project related tasks that require high attention to detail to manually input data into various systems 
  • Contract generation: using employment contract templates for high volume recruitment
  • Data Management: Process and maintain all employee changes in Workday (HRIS system) to ensure data accuracy. Conduct regular data cleansing to maintain data integrity.
  • Workday administration: process hires, terminations and other HR tasks
  • Reporting: help the HR advisor with administrative tasks for monthly reporting 

This is a Fix term full-time role finishing in September 2025. Offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our Support office in Penrose.

About you:

  • Experience in a generalist HR environment would be ideal but not essential. We are looking for a strong administrator. 
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Proactive, action-oriented approach with a strong desire for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
