About the opportunity
Reporting to the PMO & Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Programmes & Governance assurance framework, ensuring that our standards and frameworks, and programme or project outputs are all fit for purpose and capable of delivering the required organisational benefits. You will ensure we have effective identification and risk monitoring processes in place and that our information is up to date and the appropriate controls and actions to deal with risks exist.

You will partner with the Group Technology community and wider Fletcher Building divisions. Ensuring that projects and programmes are governed effectively, and progress is tracked; that there is clear accountability in place for decisions, outcomes and benefits. IT investment is prioritised, aligned and adjusted to business strategy; and that value is safeguarded, and investment is made in both people and process.

About you
It is essential for you to possess Project Management and PMO experience, including Agile experience, in complex delivery environments. We also need you to have a strong working knowledge of Prince2 or PMP methodologies. You'll possess working knowledge of Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint and ServiceNow PPM. You'll look for ways to improve business processes, ability to prioritise deadlines and work in a collaborative environment is key to your success in this role.
