About the Role

As a day shift Pallet Yard Operator in our Tauriko facility, you’ll play a key role in the areas of inwards goods, dispatch planning, picking orders, and loading trucks. You’ll ensure accuracy, safety, and quality at every step while supporting our commitment to excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities include:

Unload and receipt goods accurately, maintain pallet stock, and keep the yard clear and organized.
Prepare and stage orders for next-day deliveries, ensuring correct markup and documentation.
Efficiently and accurately pick orders, minimizing damage and following safe manual handling practices.
Load trucks accurately, check dispatch dockets, and maintain professional relationships with drivers.
Process returns, manage pallet credits, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Follow all site safety procedures, forklift SOPs, and maintain high housekeeping standards.

About you

As well as an ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment you will ideally have:

Current OSH Forklift Certificate (counterbalance and reach) and F Endorsement.
Strong focus on health, safety, and quality standards.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
