Together, let's build New Zealand! We are looking for a passionate and engaging person to join our Showroom team at PlaceMakers Invercargill in a part-time capacity. A large number of our customers are DIY-ers and builders and these are the customers you will be working with. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a customer-facing role.
As a Kitchen Consultant, you will be responsible for providing kitchen design solutions and end-to-end sales support to both our Trade and Retail customers by providing product information, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries and projects. Work schedule is 26.5 hours per week including Saturdays.
These are the things we will be looking for in the successful candidate:
- Expertise in kitchen design but experience in bathroom, laundry, flooring, wardrobes, heating would be great too!
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and good time management skills
Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Excel and interior design software are advantageous
