About the Role
As Payroll Partner you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of all Payroll related tasks in accordance with company procedures and our various Business Unit requirements.
You will take responsibility for the assigned tasks of each pay, ensuring they are processed on time and to a high standard.
Your role will also require you to ensure that all contractual terms and conditions, service level agreements, company policy and relevant employment legislation are adhered to.
We are looking for an individual with Payroll experience with collective employment agreements, high volumes, and New Zealand business environments. You will have good knowledge of Employment Legislation and be highly customer focused with a service orientated approach.
You will be technically savvy and a very competent communicator as you will be engaging with a large variety of stakeholders.
