Description

The Role:
We’re seeking a People Analyst to join our People & Performance team at New Zealand Distribution team. This new role will focus on people reporting and analytics, as well as reviewing our remuneration framework and incentives to ensure they drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as employee engagement, turnover, and performance.
  • Use data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and support strategic HR initiatives
  • Analyse the effectiveness of current incentive programs and suggest enhancements to ensure they are driving desired business outcomes
  • Develop strong and effective stakeholder relationships to ensure business objectives are achieved 
  • Proactively identify value-adding initiatives & undertake ad-hoc projects as required by the business 

About you: 
  • Proven experience in HR analytics and people reporting
  • Degree is Human Resources, business administration or related field 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present clear & concise information to stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams to build strong relationships
  • Critical mind set with the ability to work under pressure, be adaptable all while having a strong focus on accuracy 
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skill set with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
