Description

In this hands-on role, you’ll support the delivery of key people cycles like performance, remuneration and engagement, while working closely with leaders to build capability and keep things running smoothly. You’ll also get involved in improving how we do things making our processes simpler, more consistent, and better for our people.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Deliver core people cycles and programmes end-to-end
  • Partner with leaders to provide practical HR advice
  • Support and lead HR projects and improvements
  • Maintain accurate people data and reporting (Workday)
  • Contribute to talent, engagement and team development initiatives

About You
  • 2–5 years’ HR generalist experience
  • Well organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with systems and data
  • A strong communicator who builds trust with stakeholders
  • Practical, proactive and always looking for better ways of working
