About the Position
Reporting to the National People and Performance Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for HR data analysis. This is not just another reporting role – it’s a chance to shape how we use data to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes for our people.

You won’t be alone. You’ll work alongside a team of specialists in IR, OD, L&D, and TA who bring deep expertise and together we’re building a forward-thinking, proactive People & Performance function – and your insights will be at the heart of it.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. 
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making across HR functions (e.g., recruitment, retention, engagement, diversity). 
  • Partner with HR leaders to provide data-driven recommendations for workforce planning and talent management. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and processes. 
  • Support compliance reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

About You
  • You thrive on detail and accuracy – spotting patterns others might miss 
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar data tools 
  • Experience with HRIS systems and a solid understanding of HR processes 
  • Experience within similar industries with a mix of exposure to both waged and salaried workforce would be beneficial
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
