About the Position

This is a pivotal role in our National People & Performance team, where you will provide quality people advice as well as supporting our business to provide administrative assistance across various facets of the People and Performance (P&P) function. Based at our Knoxfield site in Melbourne, you will report to our National People and Performance Business Partner and receive mentoring and support in your development from a highly experienced team.  

Key responsibilities:

  •  Provide HR and IR administrative support for our functional teams
  •  Assist in providing general advice on conditions of employment and application of policies, procedures and industrial instruments
  •  Assist in reporting which will help drive proactive initiatives with our Teams
  •  Support end to end recruitment activities including generation of offers of employment and employee on-boarding
  •  Provide support during cyclical human resource programs, such as remuneration reviews and engagement surveys
  •  Maintain employee records and provide system support in the HRIS
  •  Promote a fun and positive culture!

About You

  •  Keen interest in the employee life cycle; the entire life cycle from onboarding to offboarding!
  •  Qualifications in Human Resources or similar stream
  •  Excellent organisation and time management skills
  •  Growth mindset – continually challenging the norm on how you can contribute to making things better
  •  Team player – willingness to jump in and help a team member or attempt something new
  •  An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential.
