We're looking for a proactive People & Performance Coordinator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad HR experience while supporting leaders and employees across the business.

Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you'll receive coaching, development, and exposure to a wide range of people processes, making it an ideal role for someone starting their HR journey or transitioning from an administration background.

What you'll do
  • Provide HR administration and coordination support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding.
  • Maintain people systems, records, documentation, and processes.
  • Support managers and employees with HR system and process queries.
  • Assist with People & Performance initiatives and projects.
  • Deliver a great employee experience through responsive, high-quality support.
About you
  • You may be a recent HR graduate or an experienced administrator looking to move into Human Resources. You'll bring:
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A customer-focused, team-oriented approach.
  • Confidence working with systems and processes.
  • A willingness to learn and grow.
Experience with HR systems is beneficial but not essential - we'll provide training.

This is a full-time role based in Penrose, Auckland, offering a hybrid working arrangement with four days in the office and one day working from home each week.
