More About the Role

As our new People & Performance Coordinator based at Iplex Strathpine, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operation reporting directly to the National People & performance Manager. You will provide support through the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and everything in between. Whether you're someone looking to grow your career in People & Performance or prefer to be the steady hand behind the scenes, this role offers a balance of professional growth and stability. Being part of our team means you will work closely with a bold, supportive and collaborative P&P team, ensuring our systems, processes, and communications run smoothly and accurately to help us deliver great results for our Employees.

A typical day will include coordinating employment documentation, maintaining HR systems and data integrity, preparing reports and presentations, and being a go-to support for managers and employees across the business. This is a role where attention to detail, a proactive mindset, a genuine interest in helping people, and process improvement will shine. You’ll be trusted to manage sensitive data, support key HR initiatives like remuneration reviews and performance processes, and help drive compliance and consistency across our policies and systems.

Does This Sound Like You?

Either experience in a previous HR position, strong administration and coordination experience or a recent HR Graduate
Excellent attention to detail, strong in data and analytics and loves solving problems
Advanced Computer skills, especially Microsoft office and other HR IS systems
Initiative, with the ability to lean into new challenges, learning new skills & systems to deliver exceptional results for your P&P team mates and other internal customers.
Proven skills in building creditability through your responsiveness and accuracy Strong time management to deliver timely service to our business, and the ability to reprioritise based on business needs
A solid understand of the P&P function, and the value that HR adds to the achievement of business goals
A continuous improvement mindset, where you are always looking for ways to improve our processes.
Ideally have knowledge of HR legalisations and policies
