Lets talk your future role

We're on a hunt for a talented People and Performance Business Partner with expertise in managing the employee lifecycle and providing hands on support to our Manufacturing sites. To be successful in the role you will have a handle on responding to  HR enquiries, building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, have the ability to travel occasionally to support multiple sites and ability to deliver outcomes in a fair and reasonable manner within a unionized environment.

What are we keen to see ( lets cut to the chase) 
  • HR Generalist experience across a manufacturing/construction industry or similar 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evolving industrial regulations and legislation, formal case management, managing formal disputes, and employee relation matters. 
  • Experience and understanding in working with Worker Unions 
  • Tried and tested experience in the negotiation of Enterprise Agreements – from strategy to submission.
What does this look like? 
  • Manage daily employment relations matters: negotiations, performance management, terminations, disputes and grievances.
  • Provide sound and well-rounded advice to minimize negative employee relations and when required investigate and resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
  • Support site managers in HR matters and identify and recommend opportunities to improve the overall employee experience
  • Assist in preparing for and presenting cases before the Fair Work Commission
  • Leading enterprise agreement negotiations.
  • Support the development and mobility of internal talent.
  • Identify critical roles and create succession plans,  as well as supporting  diversity and inclusion strategies.
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site training, ensuring alignment with business and employee needs.
