About the Role

As Superintendent – Foundations, you’ll take ownership of delivering piling and ground engineering activities safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll be the driving force behind high‑performing crews, specialist plant, and day‑to‑day site operations all while building strong relationships and lifting capability across the team.

Lead site teams to deliver piling and foundations works safely and efficiently
Manage multiple crews, plant, and equipment across complex projects
Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, and programme outcomes
Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Oversee short‑term planning, daily progress, and on‑site problem‑solving
Coach and mentor supervisors and site teams to develop capability
Maintain high environmental, quality, and compliance standards

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for an experienced foundations professional with:

Strong technical knowledge across piling and ground improvement methods
Proven leadership experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
A trade qualification and at least 15 years’ industry experience
Excellent communication, planning, and problem‑solving skills
A commitment to Zero Harm and a collaborative team culture
Commercial awareness and experience managing cost and resource performance
