The Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to coordinate and optimise production schedules to ensure efficient processes. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to meet customer demands and maintain inventory levels. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency across all operations. Join us to drive seamless operations and optimise our manufacturing processes in Maddington, WA.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Safety is our number ONE priority. You will ensure the operation supports our successful pathway towards a national target of Zero Harm.
  • Assist Material Planning & Procurement with purchasing and supplier issues, CAPEX review and expense budgets.
  • Investigate and manage PPVS and stock discrepancies.
  • Track monthly expenses for packaging and factory supplies, ensuring budget compliance and flagging issues.
  • Support general purchasing activities and assist with vendor price analysis.
  • Follow up on outstanding and overdue indirects, services, and non-material purchases, including expense order tracking.
  • Ensure effective MRP parameters and assist with stock and inventory requests.
About you
  • Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline, purchasing, or supply chain principles.
  • Experience in a purchasing or planning role is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems.
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Priority management skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proactive in bringing new ideas forward for discussion.
