The Role

We are seeking a driven individual to meet customer demands by coordinating the forward planning of our factory operations. coordinate and optimise production schedules to ensure efficient processes.

This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including production and customer service to ensure manufacturing is scheduled and completed within agreed timeframes.

Join us to drive seamless operations and optimise our manufacturing processes in Erskine Park, NSW.

Day to Day Responsibilities include:
  • Accurately inputting data from various sources into the company's software.
  • Checking data for accuracy and completeness and correcting any errors.
  • Creating production reports based on the data entered.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • ERP system maintenance.
  • Coordination of daily run schedule with production.
  • Data variance investigation.
  • Capacity management.
  • Safety is our number ONE priority. You will ensure the operation supports our successful pathway towards a national target of Zero Harm.
About you
  • High school certificate or Tertiary education.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Previous experience with ERP/manufacturing software.
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Understand customer needs and crafting clear plans to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborative and team orientated, skilled at partnering with cross-organisational functions to achieve outcomes.
  • Ability to read engineering detail drawings (purlin detailing).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, time, and priority management skills.
