Role Overview

Based at our new Papakura site, our Planning and Operations Administrator will ensure operational continuity, monitor workflows, maintain safety standards and troubleshoot issues. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safe execution and basic maintenance of our facility's processes. Key responsibilities will include:

Planning: Create and manage production orders, update operational plans, and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, identify hazards, and support H&S activities.
Operational Support: Manage P/O’s, ordering of consumables, inventory variances, and pick slips.
Freight: Arrange logistics for finished goods and liaise with freight providers.
General Support: Assist with stock counts, run reports, liaise with maintenance providers and contractors etc

About You

This is a varied role, requiring someone with strong administration and computer literacy as well as the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, prioritise and remain organised in a busy environment. Ideally, you will have;

Experience in a similar role, having an understanding of ERP and planning in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply reason and logic to operational and administrative issues.
Highly dependable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Second to none organisation skills with ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, with passion and drive for collective success.
