Your Impact

As our Strategy & Pricing Manager, you’ll lead pricing strategy and commercial governance across aggregates, transport, and laboratory services. You’ll design value-based pricing models, guide margin growth initiatives, and provide strategic advice to senior leaders. Your work will influence long-term business planning and investment decisions, helping us stay competitive and customer-focused.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent execution
  • Drive margin recovery and eliminate pricing leakage
  • Provide commercial leadership on capital allocation and strategic partnerships
  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, preparing board-level insights

What We’re Looking For

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • 10+ years’ experience in pricing and commercial strategy
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills
  • Proven ability to lead change and influence at all levels
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
