About the Role:

This position is responsible for operating the Short Cycle Laminating Line(s) and associated process control systems in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with all site safety policies. As a key member of the Production team, the role supports the continuous manufacturing of high-quality products while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work safely upholding all site safety policies.

• Work as part of a team to ensure continuous production on Short Cycle Lines.

• Carried out all quality and production checks as required.

• Accurately complete all production recording requirements.

• Fulfil all employee duties as outlined in current EA.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/ experience:

• HR Licence and strong Forklift skills are essential.

• Displays a high standard of safety awareness.

• Sound communication skills both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.

• Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a small team with the ability to interact with larger team as required.

• Demonstrated ability and capacity to learn new skills.

• Ability to conduct and actively participate in production meetings with relevant stakeholders.
