Location:

The Role:
Laminex is on the hunt for a Process Operator to strengthen our team at the Cheltenham laminate plant. This role is an excellent full-time opportunity for individuals with a forklift license and a passion for manufacturing excellence, safety, and learning. We are committed to training the right person who aligns with our values and vision.

Shift Patterns:
  • 5 Day Week from 6:00pm Sunday to 6:pm Friday
  • 12 hours rotating shifts
  • Day shift 6am to 6pm
  • Night shift 6pm to 6am

Role Responsibilities:
  • Embrace and advocate for our stringent safety standards, ensuring all practices and procedures safeguard our team.
  • Play a key role in our production line operations, maintaining efficiency and the highest quality standards.

About You:
  • Essential: Current LF forklift license, with a minimum of 6 months' previous experience
  • Desirable: Previous experience in manufacturing or production roles, though not mandatory.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly team-oriented, with a strong capacity for physical work within a dynamic environment.
  • Great knowledge of safety in the workplace
