About the Job

It is always exciting when we introduce new roles to the business! Are you passionate about driving change and optimising processes? Iplex are looking for a Process and Systems Optimisation Specialist to join our team, based in Chipping Norton, Sydney. In this role, you will work across various functions of our manufacturing business, collaborating with different teams to bring to life new process improvements and enhance efficiencies across our national business. 

This role will allow you to work with autonomy while also collaborating with key stakeholders as you engage in process mapping, continuous improvement initiatives, and guiding our teams on their journey to embrace new ways of working. Ideally you will have previous experience in process improvements within a manufacturing or technical product environment. This role is perfect for someone who is naturally inquisitive and likes to take time to learn, understand and ask the right questions to develop new systems and processes to align with business strategies. 

Key Skills and Technical Capabilities
  • Previous experience in driving process improvement and business optimisation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM.
  • Understanding of systems and technologies relevant to manufacturing and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively 
  • Proven ability to manage projects and initiatives effectively.
  • Proficiency in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Previous experience in change management and bring others on a journey
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes with various stakeholders at varying levels.
  • You are energetic, bright & engaged and love a challenge
