The Business Systems Division at Fletcher Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Procore Business Analyst to join our team.

Procore plays a central role at Fletcher Construction, and we are looking for someone with extensive construction industry experience and a genuine passion for engaging with system users to provide training, advice, and guidance.

This role requires excellent communication skills and a natural talent for training. The ideal candidate will feel confident engaging with user groups both in person and online. You will also have conventional Business Analyst skills to evaluate, recommend, and implement new functionality, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

A key focus of this role is to foster a strong and connected community of Procore users within the business, ensuring the system is utilised to its full potential.

What you will bring to the role:
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar Construction Management Software is a distinct advantage, although training can be provided.
  • A proven track record of delivering effective training is highly desirable.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to work seamlessly across functions and business units.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strong analytical abilities.
  • Confidence in managing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to implement new functionality in Procore effectively
