Winstone Wallboards is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Tauranga, reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager. With a substantial budget of $70 million, this role is crucial in driving value across our raw materials procurement, working with a diverse global supplier list.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive value in the procurement of raw materials, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality supplies.
Skilfully negotiate with suppliers, write contracts, and include necessary clauses to protect the company's interests.
Maintain a close relationship with the operational side of the business to ensure seamless procurement processes.
Manage and optimize relationships with a global network of suppliers.
Logistical coordination of Gypsum shipments to ensure seamless supply

Requirements:

5-7 years of procurement experience, ideally within a similar industry.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage supplier contracts.
Strong understanding of operational processes and how procurement integrates with them.
Expertise in writing and managing contracts and clauses.
