More About Your New Role

As a Product Advisor, based in Dandenong you will play an important role within a small, collaborative marketing team, reporting to the Technical Product Manager partnering closely with colleagues across Product, Sales and Engineering. In this role you will be the first point of contact for product support, providing clear, practical advice to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders including builders, architects, engineers, certifiers and sales teams.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives on giving exceptional service to customers and really knows how to find the right information.

You will also get the opportunity to work closely with internal engineers and product testers, as well as external laboratories and testing bodies, you will help ensure products are correctly specified, compliant and performing as intended.

Skills and Experience

Exposure in selling or supporting a technical product or building product
Experience working with products that require specifications or technical advice
Excellent with proving technical information, able to translate complex information into clear guidance
Proven skills in stake holder engagement and working collaboratively with different parties to get desired business outcomes
High attention to detail and process driven, with the ability to shift priorities as required
Well developed admin and reporting skills.
