We’re looking for a highly organised and customer focused Production Administrator to join our Christchurch Frame & Truss (CFT) team. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, love working with people, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.

The Role:
You’ll play a key role in keeping our production engine running efficiently managing job bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring clear communication across teams.

Daily you will be responsible for: 
  • Managing job bookings and production coordination
  • Handling reception duties and phone enquiries with professionalism
  • Monitoring and responding to production-related emails
  • Creating Producer Statements
  • Supporting scheduling, invoicing, and coordination tasks
  • Delivering high-quality customer service and team support

This is a full-time permanent role based in Christchurch, offering 40 hours per week and working Monday – Friday.

You communicate professionally, stay calm under pressure, and juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and ease. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt we’d love to hear from you.

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Excel and systems use
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
  • A team-focused attitude, with the ability to also work autonomously
