Join Our Team as a Production Manager

Imagine a place where your trade skills and technical knowledge come together to create outstanding customer experiences. We’re looking for a Productions Manager to work out of our Windsor showroom, a role that blends leadership, technical expertise, and trade skills in a busy kitchen showroom environment.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a versatile role that can be tailored to suit your needs. This position is available as either a permanent full-time role or as two permanent part-time roles, offering a job-share arrangement. By providing this flexibility, we aim to support work-life balance and ensure a diverse range of talented candidates can contribute to our dynamic and thriving environment.  

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Utilise your background in cabinet making and joinery to support the design and installation teams with practical, real-world solutions. Apply your practical skills to design and optimise the use of storage and ancillary products within kitchen spaces.
  • Installer Support: Offer daily troubleshooting support over the phone and onsite assistance as needed.
  • Review Working Drawings for Installation: Ensure accuracy and feasibility of working drawings for installation purposes.
  • Customer Complaint Management: Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer complaints. Investigate, analyse, and resolve installation, product, and design issues promptly to achieve customer satisfaction. Maintain a customer feedback loop to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a customer-first culture by collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and showroom to resolve complaints.
  • Estimation: Provide quotations and guidance on large-scale projects and tenders for the B2B business.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an authority on our product range, including sinks, taps, appliances, and benchtops, and play a key role in training and coaching team members.
  • New Product Development: Contribute to product development and innovation by leveraging insights from market trends, installer feedback, and joinery expertise.
  • Showroom Updates and Trade Show Support: Manage showroom updates and trade show setups.

What We’re Looking For
You're not just passionate – you're on a mission to redefine trade excellence. We are looking for someone with flexibility to adapt to a dynamic customer-facing retail environment, which will also require working some Saturdays in the month.
  • Proven Trade Experience: Extensive experience in cabinet making, joinery, or a related trade.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of installation processes or construction industry experience, kitchen design experience, including fitting and installation techniques.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle challenging conversations and build trust.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to build strong relationships across teams.
