We're on a mission to expand our market presence and achieve new heights, and we are on the hunt for a passionate and driven Production Manager to take the reins of our production teams and drive success to the next level.

In this pivotal role, you’ll join a team who are transforming the Business to the next level, and you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our products are delivered with precision, quality, and speed while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Leading:

Safety & Wellbeing: Champion a zero-harm culture and ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of our team.
Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and engage a diverse production team of up to 40 operators, including Team Leaders and Day Operators.
Production Excellence: Achieve production targets and deliver exceptional product quality that delights our customers.
Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to keep us ahead of the game.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs and exceed their expectations.
Financial Acumen: Manage budgets, track performance, and align resources to meet operational and financial goals.

What We’re Looking For:

A Proven Leader with the ability to empower your team and foster a positive, inclusive culture, ideally with leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
The ability to connect and build relationships with people at all levels, resolve conflicts constructively, and drive alignment.
A proactive thinker who identifies opportunities for improvement, able to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Someone who thrives in collaboration, valuing diverse perspectives, and working together to achieve goals.
Ideally an Engineering background due to the technical aspects of the Business.
A passion for delivering value and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
