Fletcher Insulation is launching a cutting-edge acoustic brand, and we’re looking for a passionate Production Operator, to join us in Dandenong South to help shape our journey from day one. This opportunity will also allow you to work with brand new machinery that has just been installed and is ready to go!

This Operator position is ideal for someone passionate about safety, quality, continuous improvement and exceeding customer expectations. At Fletcher Insulation we are always looking for people who love to learn and can bring innovation and ideas to the forefront of what you do.

What Your Looks Like

Operate a variety of production equipment and processes to manufacture high-quality acoustic panels.
Ensure product meets specifications and quality standards, with accurate labelling and testing.
Operate a variety of production equipment and processes to manufacture high quality acoustic panels
Troubleshoot and solve machine issues, making adjustments as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area, supporting our commitment to zero injuries.
Collaborate with your team to balance workloads and achieve production targets.
Report any safety concerns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will add value with clear and concise communication

Key Skills & Experience

Experience in production or manufacturing environments.
Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one)
Previous exposure to manual handling tasks
Ability to work independently and maintain high housekeeping standards.
Basic computer skills
Flexible, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
