The Role

We are seeking a driven individual to meet customer demands by coordinating the forward planning of our factory operations and optimise production schedules to ensure efficient processes.

This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including production and customer service to ensure manufacturing is scheduled and completed within agreed timeframes.

This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite at our Erskine Park Branch with requirements to be in the office Monday through Friday. This role will be part of our afternoon team, covering the hours of 11:00am - 7:00pm - perfect for those who want their mornings free!

Responsibilities include:
  • Monitor and optimise daily production and maximise capacity management.
  • Collaboration with customer service and other branches to prioritise and fulfil orders on time and to specification (DIFOTIS).
  • Support nightshift scheduling and ensure continuous plan adjustments using manufacturing reporting systems.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and ERP system updates.
  • Perform end-of-day tasks including report generation, label printing, and documentation coordination.
  • Communicate daily on key production impacts to customers, deliveries and shortages.
  • Balance production peaks and troughs to ensure consistent output.
  • Generate daily waste reports and identify raw material usage issues.
  • Oversee monthly cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

About you
  • High school certificate or Tertiary education.
  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Previous experience with ERP/manufacturing software.
  • Experience in manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Understand customer needs and crafting clear plans to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborative and team orientated, skilled at partnering with cross-organisational functions to achieve outcomes.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent planning, time, and priority management skills.
