About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a proactive and experienced Production Manager to lead our Auckland branch's afternoon shift operations. This role is 80% on the floor and 20% in the office, ensuring you're right where the action happens—driving productivity, quality, and safety. Hours are Monday to Friday, 2-10.30PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the manufacturing team to meet daily targets and quality standards
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and workflow on the floor
• Ensure health & safety protocols are followed at all times
• Collaborate with logistics, planning, and maintenance teams to optimize efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, training, and performance development
