Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented Production Supervisor / Operations Support Leader to join our Ballarat team. Your expertise in Machine OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is crucial, but your true impact will be in guiding and inspiring your team.

Role Flexibility:

• Enjoy a work schedule from 7am-3.30pm tailored for flexibility.

• We accommodate personal commitments, including school drop-offs and pick-ups.

What We Value in You:

• People First: Build nurturing relationships and prioritise team well-being.

• Experience in and Process knowledge of Cabinetmaking/Shopfitting or bespoke building materials industry

• Minimum of 2 years in similar roles with related responsibilities.

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience

• Managing & coordinating a multi-disciplined workforce - trades, process operators and technical support.

• Proven rapport-building with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a bonus.
