Position Overview:

We’re seeking a talented Production Supervisor / Operations Support Leader to join our Ballarat team. Your expertise in Machine OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is crucial, but your true impact will be in guiding and inspiring your team.

Role Flexibility:

Enjoy a work schedule from 7am-3.30pm tailored for flexibility.

We accommodate personal commitments, including school drop-offs and pick-ups.

What We Value in You:

Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
Coaching, leading and developing the members of a diverse shift team
Proven process manufacturing knowledge
Minimum of 2 years in similar roles with related responsibilities managing large teams.
Minimum of 2 years of management experience
Managing & coordinating a multi-disciplined workforce - trades, process operators and technical support.
Proven rapport-building with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a bonus.
