The Opportunity

As the Production Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring your team. Alongside this you will be responsible for the production planning, product standards and quality are met.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a combination of line management activities and technical skill application in a 24/7 rotating shift environment.12 hour shifts. 7 am to 7 pm, and 7 pm to 7 am.

Key to the role success will be engagement, ownership, accountability and continuous improvement within the production team through development and maintenance of systems such as problem-solving, 5S and waste reduction.

About you
  • Strong team leader experience in a manufacturing environment, including from the food industry
  • Good problem-solving skills with the enthusiasm and ability to learn new skills
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Good computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office suites
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to providing the best service levels possible
