The Opportunity 
Project Administrator – Permanent Full Time – Airport Site Based

The purpose of this position is to provide efficient administration support services to the project team.  Duties will be varied and many.  The site has already been set up so a lot of the duties will be maintenance and supporting the office manager, site administration, document/filing control, online documentation/filing control software, assisting with accounts and raising purchase orders.

About You
You’ll be an experience administrator, efficient, organised and with a can do attitude.  You’ll be a whizz at picking up systems and processes, and not shy way from a busy pace!  You’ll also need to have:

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, producing quality work right from the start and within agreed deadlines
  • Experienced working in a project environment, encompassing Quality and Information Management Systems, data or record management and compliance 
  • Willing to take on new tasks and activities and uses own initiative
  • Knowledge of Procore; SharePoint (or similar) would be highly desirable
  • Knowledge of JDE would be highly desireable
