Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join the Higgins team on the Kaiwaikawe Wind Farm Project based in Dargaville on a Fixed Term Contract until approx. April 2026. 

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth construction delivery. This includes general office administration, sub-contractor and health and safety administration, managing information systems, document control, financial administration support, and raising purchase orders.

What you will bring to the role: 
  • Prior administration experience in a construction environment is highly sought after 
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal 
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including excel and word
  • Ideally you will have experience working in a project environment, encompassing quality and Information Management Systems, data or record management and compliance 
  • Knowledge of Procore; SharePoint (or similar) would be highly desirable
  • Knowledge of JDE would be highly desirable
