About the Role

This fixed term role runs through to June 2028 and sits at the centre of a busy project environment. You will take ownership of administration, document control, and site coordination. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, clarity, and being relied on to keep things moving.

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day project office administration 
  • Manage document control, drawings, registers, and project records
  • Prepare reports, meeting packs, minutes, and follow‑up actions
  • Support site establishment, events, inductions, and visitor processes
  • Raise purchase orders, track expenses, and manage office budgets
  • Act as a go‑to support person for project systems and processes

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Experience in project office administration and document control
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and document management systems such as Procore or SharePoint
  • Strong organisation skills with a focus on accuracy and follow‑through
  • Clear written and verbal communication with a practical, professional style
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
  • A steady, solutions‑focused approach in a fast‑moving project setting
