About the Role

You’ll take ownership of planning, coordination, and on-site execution, working closely with crews, subcontractors, and project leaders to keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.  You’ll be trusted to run your section of work, influence how things are done, and support teams to deliver strong results.

  • Plan and programme work across daily, weekly, and longer horizons
  • Coordinate crews, plant, materials, and subcontractors
  • Lead on-site activity and maintain strong HSEQ standards
  • Track progress, productivity, and key milestones
  • Manage risks, costs, and project reporting
  • Build effective working relationships with clients, suppliers, and teams

What you’ll bring to the role

We are open to people from civil, structural, or foundation backgrounds who enjoy being close to delivery and solving real problems on site.

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field
  • Around 5+ years’ experience in civil or infrastructure projects
  • Practical understanding of construction methods and sequencing
  • Confidence coordinating teams, subcontractors, and resources
  • Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication style and the ability to build trust across teams
