About the role

As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering meaningful infrastructure improvements across our operations. Working closely with the Strategic Projects and Business Development Manager, you’ll help guide projects from concept through to completion—ensuring outcomes are safe, efficient, and aligned to long‑term goals.
This is a collaborative and supportive position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, bringing structure to complexity, and contributing to shared success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the identification and development of capital project opportunities
  • Preparing project plans, budgets, and performance tracking against objectives
  • Assisting with technical scoping, evaluation, and equipment selection
  • Coordinating project delivery across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
  • Monitoring project progress, financials, risks, and reporting outcomes
  • Building strong relationships with site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Championing health, safety, and environmental best practice across all activities
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and long‑term capital planning

What you’ll bring

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Around 3–5 years’ experience supporting or delivering capital projects
  • Confidence working with technical specifications, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities thoughtfully
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working in team environments
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
