More About Your New Role

We have an opportunity to join our team as a Project Execution Specialist; this is a newly designed role with executive reporting line. This is your chance to take ownership and create accountability in a role that blends multi-disciplinary skills and leadership capability, problem-solving, and relationship building. Based in Perth, you will support a cross-functional team and partner with builders to deliver remediation works that are safe, high-quality, and commercially sound. If you enjoy shaping ways of working, building trust across diverse stakeholders, and creating simple systems that help teams do their best work, this role offers the autonomy to make a meaningful mark.

Day to day, you will be the operational heartbeat, turning plans into action, keeping scope tight, costs visible, coordinate and manage workflows, resolve any bottle necks and timelines are met. You will need to move confidently between the office and attend site visits, validating tricky scopes with support from technical specialists. You will be responsible for eliminating barriers, communicate risks early, and champion inclusive, respectful collaboration so delivery partners can perform at their best. 

Ideal Skills & Experience 
  • Proven experience working directly with trades, builders or technical field stakeholders 
  • Confident in coordination and scheduling in fast changing environments 
  • Ability to understand building terminology and technical documentation 
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, quotes and cost control
  • Passionate about building trust, listening and influencing stakeholders 
  • Confident communicator with clear direction and collaboration 
  • Full driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits
