The Role
As part of our sales team this role will see you lead and manage the Third-party solutions department in our Central/North Hub. Run a business within a business and take ownership of the Auckland market. Communicating positively and build long term relationships with our suppliers, clients, and Account Managers. This project management role will see you working with our suppliers to get quotes and qualify jobs for our clients. Manage suppliers/Sub-contractors throughout the process. Measure suppliers and sub-contractors’ performance. Identify opportunities and add services and solutions where possible. Health and Safety Compliance and Site checks as required.

This is a full-time permanent role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. Flexible working location, with the ability to be based at our Albany, Wairau Park, or Cook Street (City) branch

About you: 
We’re looking for a Project Manager with ideally a broad knowledge of the building industry. 
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficient Communicator & Stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven experience in coaching & developing 
  • Good understanding of construction sequence (commercial/residential).
  • Analytical, Problem-solving ability & strategic thinker
  • Attention to detail & Great time management 
  • Efficient, flexible with self-discipline
