The Role 

The Project Support role is responsible for providing quality project support to both the development and construction teams, from the feasibility stage of a project through the complete life cycle of the construction phase including sales handover. 

You will keep projects humming by setting up systems, wrangling documentation, and making sure everyone’s in the loop. You will build great relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers along the way. This is a part time role, 32 hours per week.

About You

Reporting to the Operations Manager, to be a successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

Excellent communication skills
Top-notch time management and organisational skills
Be tech savvy and able to pick up new software systems (e.g. Procore and SharePoint)
Problem solving and initiative – you’re proactive about flagging issues or missing information 
Willing to pitch in and help with whatever’s needed to keep the project moving
Contributes to a safe and healthy working environment 
Strong interest in construction and/or be studying towards a diploma or degree in Construction Management
