Description

As the Quality lead for the Auckland region, you’ll champion quality assurance, systems, and process excellence across our operations. This pivotal role ensures compliance with our integrated management systems and procedures, maintains high standards, and supports the successful delivery of contract outcomes.

You’ll enjoy a dynamic mix of onsite and office-based responsibilities. Onsite, you’ll monitor active works to ensure they meet designated quality standards. In the office, you’ll develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), coach and upskill branch staff, and embed strong quality practices across all teams.

What You’ll Bring to the role:
A relevant qualification in Quality or Engineering, with experience in a construction environment
Proven experience in audits, quality management systems, and ITP development
ICAM training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A flexible, resilient, and results-driven mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills
A passion for coaching and mentoring
Ability to work independently and manage tasks autonomously
