Description

Our Higgins team in Hamilton are looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator for a 10 month fixed-term, full-time opportunity, to work on one of our largest construction projects in the Waikato - Ngāruawāhia ByPass.

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and organisation of quality documents within our construction management platform, Procore. You will also provide support for purchase orders for the project, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation in accordance with procurement processes.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • High level proficiency on databases and spreadsheets
  • General knowlege of the Quality function with relevant experience
  • High level stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to think for yourself
  • Be a reliable, honest, and flexible team-player 
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Have excellent time management skills
