Lead Quality Excellence at Iplex – Make a Real Difference!

Are you passionate about quality and love making things better? Join Iplex as our Quality Assurance Lead in a fixed-term role to champion quality and compliance. Due to increased demand on our existing quality team, we require additional fixed-term support to ensure our documentation aligns with operational needs. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams and customers to develop and refine processes and procedures, along with driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our quality performance. You will also play a key role in supporting training programs to embed best practices across the business.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with people and wants to make a real impact.

Work closely with our teams and customers to make sure everything we deliver is top-notch.
Help shape and improve how we do things – from processes to training programs.
Lead initiatives that make our operations more efficient and effective.
Support our people with training and guidance so quality becomes second nature.
Be part of exciting projects that drive continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in manufacturing and quality.
A practical, hands-on approach with great problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills – you’ll be working with lots of different people.
A good understanding of quality systems and standards is a bonus
Someone who loves making things better and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
